The complete portfolio of devices from leading manufacturer Data Image includes display modules that use TN, STN and FSTN display technology, coupled with TAB, COB and COG driver options.

The GM32245FNC-W is a 320 x 240pixel QVGA monochrome LCD module that incorporates an SED1335 controller which has built-in CGROM and onboard 64Kbyte SRAM for frame memory storage.

The onboard controller allows the display to be interfaced directly to a 4 or 8bit microcontroller for industrial applications.

The display comes with choice of blue mode STN or black/white FSTN fluids and can be supplied with either a Cold cathode backlight or LED backlight.

Many further options are available from the Data Image portfolio including wide temperature fluid, extra wide viewing angle fluids, Cyrillic or European character fonts, onboard temperature compensation, conformal coating, wide range of LED backlight colours and touch screen options.
