And, because the SBC83671 is mechanically compliant with the SBC8360, customers can quickly and easily upgrade their systems.
In addition to improvements in hardware functionality, the SBC83671 provides support for various embedded operating systems, including Embedded Linux, Windows XP Embedded and Windows CE.NET.
To allow for the general trend towards solid-state technology enabling lower system cost and larger capacity for future applications, the SBC83671 is equipped with a CompactFlash socket.
