Binder-USA has released M12 male and female receptacles with solder-cup contacts.

Binder-USA has released M12 male and female receptacles with solder-cup contacts.

The new design using solder-cup contacts allows users to self-solder wires having a nonstandard length or colour to sockets.

Binder's standard prewired sockets are available with 200mm of wire with industry standard insulation colours.

The new 763 series sockets are available with four or five gold-plated contacts supporting up to 4A.

Front and rear mounting types are available for both male and female genders.

When assembled and mated, the new design guarantees a protection rating of IP67.

For additional protection when unmated, the connector's termination area can be easily potted with epoxy.

Housings are zinc die-cast and offer excellent performance at a low-cost.

The new design is fully intermateable with all industry standard a-coded M12 connectors.
