Connectors will help protect analogue and sensitive signals from EMI in industrial Ethernet or fieldbus networks.
Binder-USA has added shielded connectors with screw termination to its Series 768 of M8 Euro-style connectors.
The new connectors will help protect analogue and sensitive signals from electromagnetic interference in industrial Ethernet or fieldbus networks.
The shielding of the 768 series connector is simplified with the use of an iris-shaped spring.
When mated the connectors meet an IP67 rating.
Male and female cable connectors are available with three or four gold-plated contacts supporting up to 4A.
The field-attachable connectors accept cables with an outer diameter ranging from 3.5 to 5.5mm.
