The XHR range of programmable power supplies, offering output ratings up to 1 kW is power-factor corrected for low current draw and reduced generation of input current harmonics.
The instruments are ideally suited to use in the design, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of components and systems in environments ranging from the laboratory to field servicing.
Floating and differential measurements can be made much more accurately, quickly, and affordably with the TPS2000 Series.
Fully featured oscilloscope functionality is coupled with four isolated-channel signal inputs plus isolated external trigger input.

Programmable synthesised 1GHz RF generator
The TGR1040GP from TTi (Thurlby Thandar Instruments) is a programmable synthesised RF signal generator with a frequency range up to 1GHz.
As a result, the TPS2000 can carry out speedy verification of power-supply performance or complex control circuits.
It can display the effects of neutral current for differential voltages, and quickly make multichannel floating and differential measurements at voltages up to 30V RMS floating on four channels simultaneously in conjunction with the standard P2220 passive probe.
When the oscilloscope is coupled with the optional P5120 passive high-voltage probe, measurements up to 600V RMS CAT II (or 300V RMS CAT III) can be made.
It is easy to observe rise and fall times and other waveform parameters in circuits with different reference levels or ground references, while removing ground loop interference can be accurately characterised, with just 37pF capacitance from the reference lead to chassis on each of four isolated channels.
Signal interference, crosstalk, and the effects of vibration with frequency-domain analysis can be quickly revealed using the instruments' standard fast Fourier transform (FFT) feature.
Eleven automatic measurements simplify and speed the measurement process for regularly repeated parameters.
PC connectivity and integrated compact flash storage enable simple transfer of waveforms and instrument setups.
Tektronix OpenChoice software enables documentation of waveforms and results into the engineer's own reporting software.
The range consists of three models: the TPS2012, TPS2014 and TPS2024.
The TPS2024 and TPS2014 offer four channels with 200MHz and 100MHz bandwidth, respectively, and the TPS2012 offers two channels at 100MHz bandwidth.
Prices for the TPS2000 series start at GBP 2000.
The instruments are available for demonstration from TTi.
