Power supply stands the test of
flexibility
Laboratory DC power supply covers voltage and current combinations between 60V/20A and 20V/50A, making it suitable for a very wide range of applications.
The new QPX1200 laboratory DC power supply from TTi (Thurlby Thandar Instruments) is a 1.2kW unit featuring PowerFlex regulation This enables it to offer voltage and current combinations between 60V/20A and 20V/50A, making it suitable for a very wide range of applications

The EX355, new from TTi (Thurlby Thandar Instruments), is a single-output laboratory DC power supply providing an output from 0 to 35V at 0 to 5A.
The QPX1200 includes a linear output stage within its PowerFlex regulator.
This gives it a very low output noise of less than 3mV RMS, and a transient recovery time typically ten times better than that of conventional switch-mode units.
The unit is fully digitally controlled using instrumentation quality 16bit digital-analogue convertors.
Local setting is by either numeric keypad or spin wheel, and remote-control analogue, RS232 and USB interfaces are included as standard.
Unlike most higher-power laboratory PSUs, the QPX1200 is equally suited to bench or rack-mount applications.
Output and sense terminals are provided on both the front and rear panels.
The case has integral tilt feet, and a 3U rack mount is available as an option.
The QPX1200 costs GBP 995 (plus VAT) in the UK.
