Ovenised oscillator keeps a low profile

A Bliley Technologies product story
Edited by the Electronicstalk editorial team Apr 16, 2007

Low-profile OCXO is designed for applications demanding superior close-in noise performance, such as basestations, synthesisers, digital switching applications and test equipment.

Bliley Technologies has a new RoHS-compliant product on the market - the NV45AA ovenised crystal oscillator in a 11.7mm (maximum), low-profile package.

Bliley's NV45AA OCXO has numerous applications including cellular basestations, synthesisers, and digital switching and test equipment.

Design engineers will find low phase noise benefits, a wide range of frequency stabilities, and multiple supply voltage options suitable for both legacy and new products.

The 12 and 15V versions of the NV45AA OCXO are able to achieve: -95dBc/Hz at 1Hz, -125dBc/Hz at 10Hz and better than -150dBc/Hz at 100Hz.

Other specifications include: a 5 to 20MHz operating frequency range; up to -40 to +85C operating temperature range; CMOS and sinewave output options; and 5.0, 12.0 or 15.0V supply options.
