Enabling increased control over network changes, the P-LET engine can also notify the network administrator of any changes.
In today's mixed world of voice and data, the ability to control both networks simultaneously offers improved use of resources, efficiency and reduction in total cost of ownership.
SP4E v4.0 offers a unified management solution of the voice infrastructure as well as the data network by extending the capabilities of P-LET to support the interrogation of PBX voice switches.
This allows for the full IIMS support of all voice devices in the network, including VoIP telephony, so that information such as extension numbers and the physical location of handsets can be determined and managed.
SmartPatch is available in the UK through a network of existing Brand-Rex accredited partners.
