The Digital Office project integrates systems and equipment from various manufacturers and standards.
Brand-Rex has been responsible for delivering a global data and telecommunications network infrastructure that includes Cat6Plus, Blolite, Smartpatch and Smartpower - supplying the required physical links for HP network devices and Alcatel telecoms hardware.
Microsoft has provided the office's IT applications, Amena-France Telecom has implemented a Wi-Fi network, while HP has delivered desktop PCs, printing facilities and network hardware devices.
"The Digital Office project represents the first time in Europe that major manufacturers have collaborated to deliver a showcase incorporating the very latest in networking and office automation technologies", commented Brand-Rex Southern European Sales Director, Luis Semprun.
"Brand-Rex is delighted to have been part of the project and to demonstrate how much impact its next generation networking technologies can have on business performance", he said.
"We hope that this project will serve as a benchmark for other small or medium sised businesses", added Javier Cremades, founding Director of Cremades and Calvo Sotelo.
"Our office is now equipped with state-of-the-art technology solutions which will assist our staff in their day-to-day tasks, whether at their desks or on the move".
