7-pole versions added to sealed connectors
Bulgin has extended its 900 series Buccaneer range of heavy duty IP68 sealed connectors to include a 7 pole version for all body styles.
Rated at 20A, 250V AC in North America and 16A, 250V AC Europe, the connectors are moulded in a flame retardant UL94V0-rated nylon, incorporating solid brass contact pins.
Operating temperature is from -40 to +70C.
The C19, PX0599, rewireable female cable connector has screw termination and is suitable for 3 x 12AWG or 3 x 2.5mm2 harmonised cables up to 12mm diameter.
The cable protection sleeve is tapered so can be trimmed to suit different cable diameters.
The C20 panel mounted inlet is available in two versions; flange mounting, PX0596, for screw fixing and snap to panel, PX0598, suitable for 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0mm panels.
Both types have either 4.8 or 6.3mm spade terminations.
To complement these connectors is a retaining clip, to ensure a secure vibration proof connection and an insulation boot to cover the rear of the panel inlet to eliminate the potential of ACcidental shock.
Designed to meet UL, CSA, VDE and IMQ safety standards, the connectors will find many applications within power distribution and higher power equipment and appliances. Request a free brochure from Bulgin Components ...
