Benchtop cleaner applies ultrasonics to PCBs
The TTC 2530 is a bench-mounted four-stage ultrasonic cleaning machine for printed circuit boards or electronic assemblies.
The washing stage is followed by a rinse in mains water and then a further rinse using deionised water.
Boards are then dried in a hot air drying chamber.
All parts of the cleaner that come into contact with water or cleaning solution are made from stainless steel.
The process is PLC controlled with each stage being programmable for time and temperature.
The cleaning machine has built in overtemperature protection, and a touch screen control module.
The smaller model will clean PCBs up to 250 x 300mm, and there is a larger cleaner available with a tank size of 450 x 300mm.
