Optical inspection system sets industry standard
The innovative Ersascope optical inspection system is officially the world's industry standard system for visually inspecting BGAs, Micro BGAs, Flip chips etc.
Fully programmable internal heating to 45C is also included.
Four double glazed doors with magnetic gaskets create an extremely efficient sealed system.
All cabinets are supplied with stainless-steel shelves.
All the electronics are enclosed in the top section of the cabinet.
Overall internal capacity is a spacious 1250 litre with no obstructions to any area of the interior.
With meter accuracy at 0.01% RH, and the temperature accurate to 0.1C, and full IPC/JEDEC J-033B compatibility the X-Treme cabinets represent "best in class".
"Door open" and "RH" alarms are also included, along with a motion sensor activated internal light.
The past 60-minutes history can be interrogated via the control panel.
A continuous log of the number of times the doors are opened is kept for traceability and ISO9000 compliance.
Previous experience has shown that buyers of smaller cabinets often buy a second cabinet shortly after the first one; for this reason, the size of the EMT cabinet is likely to be optimum for most users.
Optional features include: internal heating to 60C; an external RH sensor; a real-time data logger for PC connection; solenoid controlled entry via access code on the LCD control panel; reel holders; and shelf dividers.
The company has a full specification X-Treme cabinet on display in its Coventry showroom.
