Byte Paradigm's Wave Generator Xpress is a PC-controlled arbitrary digital waveform generator (pattern generator) on USB It is controlled from a PC through a USB 2.0 high-speed interface
The Wave Generator Xpress suits ASIC, FPGA, DAC and digital board verification and characterisation, and is useful for post-manufacturing IC and board system prototype functional tests.
Wave Generator Xpress generates up to 16 bit arbitrary patterns at up to 50MHz.
The device also features six additional control lines for input/output clock management and autonomous repetitive sequence generation synchronised with data.
Maximum data depth per run is 100MByte.
