Quality systems upgraded worldwide

ISO9001:2000 certification requires a framework that promotes and delivers continual improvement and establishes measurable objectives in all areas of the business.
The standard requires fewer mandatory procedures than its ISO9001:1994 forerunner, but places a greater responsibility on the company to determine what documentation is needed to control its processes, meet customer requirements, and achieve continual improvement.
