De Luca brings a wealth of industry experience to his new position having spent the last seven years working for the global distributor Insight Memec where he was responsible for developing strategic sales within telecomms, industrial, digital media, microwave and RF accounts selling high end silicon including C and D Technologies' own product range.
Prior to Insight Memec, De Luca worked for Young ECC, selling power supply related products, having started his earlier career as an engineer working within test methods and design engineering.
De Luca's positions have helped build a considerable amount of industry knowledge and experience that will prove invaluable in his new position with C and D.
Commenting on his appointment De Luca stated: "I am looking forward to addressing many new challenges over the coming months".
