This has become more important since stricter EEC electrical safety regulations were introduced in late 1997, and the Carlo Gavazzi ESA 375 can effect testing and certification of equipment to EN 60204-1 and EN 30439-1 requirements.
The compact size of the ESA 375 makes it portable for field-testing and the user can easily set out test parameters on site, using the instrument's built-in keypad.
Measurements can then be carried out manually or automatically, and the built-in printer means instant certification, showing measured values, lot and date.
Results can also be downloaded to a PC if required.
