Cytech takes Catalyst to China
Hong Kong based Cytech Technology is to represent Catalyst Semiconductor in China and Hong Kong.
Hong Kong based Cytech Technology is to represent Catalyst Semiconductor in China and Hong Kong Cytech will represent and distribute all Catalyst's programmable products, including Flash memories, parallel and serial EEPROMs, NVRAMs, digitally programmable potentiometers and microcontroller supervisory circuits with EEPROM memory

Catalyst Semiconductor has added two new digitally programmable potentiometer (DPP) ICs to its AE2 (analogue EEPROM) mixed-signal product line.
"China consumed over 24 billion ICs in 2001, with over 65% representing consumer and computer applications.
These are key segments that Catalyst has successfully targeted in other Far East markets", said Catalyst Far East Sales Manager Tony Chen.
"Cytech's established position and previous experience with Catalyst will allow us to rapidly expand activity in China".
