A qualified electronic electrical engineer, Harper brings high-level technical sales skills and an affinity with the nature of CCS' customers' markets and technologies.
Mark Taylor is a former Royal Air Force aircraft engineer, who brings programme management skills gained with a commercial developer of military aircraft simulators.
He has distinguished himself as a sales professional in several roles, including area management for sales of lighting chokes, ballasts and related components.
In this role he grew sales in the north of England by over 20% per year.
Before joining CCS, Taylor put his City and Guilds AutoCAD qualifications to good use as a self employed CAD designer and consultant.
Steve Lawson, the General Manager at CCS to whom Harper and Taylor will report, welcomed them both to the company: "In Nick and Mark we have found not only two highly skilled technical sales experts, but also two well developed people who I am sure will build effective relationships with our customers and make a strong contribution to our culture here at CCS.
