Conduant Corp has appointed Texas-based Abcor Systems to represent it in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Abcor will distribute the Conduant's StreamStor and Big River recording and playback data capture systems serving military and industrial markets.

"Abcor will expand our visibility in Texas and surrounding states among government, military and industrial organisations", said Tom Skrobacz, Conduant's VP of Business Development.

"They will help us to educate more organisations about the benefits of replacing tape with Conduant direct-to-disk technology, which is far more reliable and unmatched in performance".

"For over 20 years, Abcor Systems has represented best of breed electronics and embedded systems to government contractors and industrial organisations", said Gerald Bourque, President and CEO of Abcor.

"Conduant's StreamStor and Big River direct-to-disk recorders meet and exceed the high calibre of reliable, high performance products we represent".
