Plant status option for CATV power supplies
Celab has released a new interface card for its CATV power supplies, implementing the new industry standard Hybrid Management Sublayer (HMS 022) plant status interface.
"Steve brings the expertise and background to help us build on last year's record 40% growth in order book", commented Barry Wood, MD of Celab.
Previously Sales Director at Belix, Pellett was instrumental in their MBO in the 1980s, was later responsible for setting up Belix Wound Components, and more recently held overall management responsibility when Belix merged with Xcel Power Systems two years ago.
Pellett has particular experience of securing and managing large, long-term contracts for complex power conversion systems in military and high reliability applications, which will enable Celab to offer increased support to new and existing customers in the Avionics, Defence and CATV industries.
Celab has already announced investment plans of GBP 300,000 to further boost productivity in 2002, and is expecting sales growth of 50% in the coming year, after entering 2002 with a record order book of GBP 7.7 million.
