Yeoman joins the board

Celoxica has announced the DK1 design suite, software that enables a fundamentally new approach to the design of electronic hardware.
He was a founding member of the management buyout team that took over Ultra Electronics from TI Group.
In his time as Finance Director of Ultra, the business grew from its UK base to having multinational operations, a trebling of turnover and a successful floatation on the London Stock Exchange.
Yeoman has also held senior executive roles with Tioxide International, Plessey Defence Systems and Dowty Group.
Commenting on the appointment, Jack Fryer, nonexecutive Chairman of Celoxica said: "We are delighted that Ian is joining the board of Celoxica as a nonexecutive director".
"His international business experience and skills are ideally suited to Celoxica's growth strategy".
"I'm confident that he will make a significant contribution to Celoxica's commercial development".
Yeoman, who is a chartered management accountant, will chair the Audit Committee.
During the past five years, he was nonexecutive Chairman of Sirius Financial Solutions.
