Chomerics has appointed European EMC Products (EEP) of Saffron Walden as a UK distributor.

With increasing market demand for its comprehensive range of EMI and thermal management products, Chomerics decided that expansion of its distribution network provided the best way of exploiting all the available opportunities.

EEP was chosen because of its specialist technical knowledge and its experience in the EMC market.

As Chomerics' key account manager David Tubb said: "Since its formation, EEP has been selling nothing but EMC-related products, so the company is an ideal partner for Chomerics.

It is an ambitious company staffed by knowledgeable people, and we are pleased to have strengthened our UK presence in this way".

Particularly focused on the telecomms and military/aerospace sectors, EEP is expecting key products to be Chomerics' conductive elastomers, conductive tapes, ferrite absorbers and die-cut parts for both EMI and thermal management.
