Tape sticks sinks without fasteners
The latest thermally conductive adhesive tape from Chomerics can significantly simplify PCB assembly by eliminating thermal grease and mechanical fasteners.
A choice of several CHO-SEAL materials is available, all of which can be co-extruded with a non-conductive silicone for optimum environmental protection.
The shielding effectiveness of Clip-Shield ranges from 55 to 120dB over the frequency range 200MHz to 10GHz, depending on the CHO-SEAL material specified.
Designed for easy manual installation, Clip-Shield can be attached to curved mounting surfaces with a corner radius down to 51mm, and it is also available with 90-degree spliced corners if required.
Clips can be specified in different sizes to accommodate panel thicknesses from 1.52 to 12.7mm, and conductive elastomer extrusion widths are available up to 19.05mm.
