SEZ Group chooses interface software
SEZ Group has chosen CIMPortal to facilitate high speed data collection and routing for creating Interface A solutions for its semiconductor equipment.
Cimetrix has revealed that its industry-leading software product CIMPortal has been selected by the SEZ Group, the leading provider of single-wafer, wet-processing solutions for the semiconductor industry, to facilitate high speed data collection and routing for creating Interface A solutions for its semiconductor equipment Bostjan Pust, Director of Hardware and Software Development at SEZ, recognised the increasing need for on-demand high speed data collection to allow fab engineers to exploit data, carry out advanced process control and fully comply with the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) Interface A standards
