The Sentinel hi-pot tester is packed with features and real testing power.

The new instrument combines both AC and DC high-voltage testing up to 5kV AC, 6.0kV DC and has the flexibility to act as a stand-alone instrument or part of an overall production system.

A large clear liquid crystal display indicates test parameters and test results with a simple clear operating panel for error-free testing which makes this instrument quick and easy to use.

The Sentinel incorporates one-touch automatic testing, selectable ramp and dwell periods for accurate test control and the inclusion of an arc detection feature to monitor low energy discharges in equipment under test, providing safe programmable test sequences.

The Clare Sentinel is a compact rugged low cost instrument with an optional built-in PC interface, which is ideal for small- and medium-sized manufacturers who are required to test and prove their products to meet international safety standards.

As with all Clare Instruments products, the Sentinel is supplied with high-quality Clare test probes, an extended warranty option and full support.
