Solid state relay upgrades switching
performance
The CPC1510 is a current-limiting normally open 1-Form-A optically isolated solid state relay that replaces electromechanical devices and enhances the performance of wireline-interface applications.
Available now from Clare, the CPC1510 is a current-limiting normally open 1-Form-A optically isolated solid state relay (SSR) that both replaces electromechanical devices and enhances the performance of wireline-interface applications Manufactured in Clare's dielectrically isolated silicon technology, the CPC1510 features active current-limit protection circuitry integrated with the output MOSFET relay switches
