The MP-954GPS is a Mini PCI module that incorporates the latest SiRF StarIII high-performance GPS chipset supporting up to 20 channels.
New from Commell, the MP-954GPS is a Mini PCI module that incorporates the latest SiRF StarIII high-performance GPS chipset supporting up to 20 channels The unit is ideal for navigation systems, vehicle location systems, geological equipment, boating location and other related applications
Besides the GPS function, the MP-954GPS includes two RS232 ports.
Each channel uses the fastest available PC-compatible UART, offering datarates up to 15Mbit/s and 128byte deep transmitter and receiver FIFOs.
Each UART is software compatible with industry-standard 16C550 devices.
