Mini-ITX mainboard is optimised for a broad range of embedded applications such as interactive clients, gaming, medical, POS, digital signage, surveillance and industrial automation equipment.

New from Commell, the LV-679 is a Mini-ITX mainboard that supports Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile Merom processors at 533 and 800MHz The new mainboard uses the Mobile GME965 Express chipset, providing a high degree of flexibility for developers of embedded applications by offering outstanding graphics and I/O bandwidth, asset management capabilities, storage speed and reliability

The integrated Mobile Intel Graphics Accelerator X3100, Intel Clear Video Technology and graphics core at up to 500MHz provide enhanced graphics and 3D rendering performance.

The board also provides a dual display for VGA/LVDS, VGA/DVI, LVDS/DVI.

The LV-679 Mini-ITX mainboard supports two SODIMM memory slots for up to 3Gbyte of DDR2 SDRAM, and comes with PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports, RS232C and RS232/422/485 serial interfaces, two Intel 82573L gigabit Ethernet ports, eight USB2.0 ports, and two IEEE1394interfaces.

It also offers Realtek ALC888 HD audio, three SATA interfaces,one IDE interfaces, a CompactFlash socket, and easy expansion via Mini-PCI and PCI slots.
