Distribution deal sheds light on new LEDs

Medium- and high-power LEDs are available in six different package sizes and in several shades.

CML Innovative Technologies (CML-IT) now offers medium- and high-power LED products from Samsung Electro-Mechanics.

Samsung's mid- and high-power illumination LEDs are available in six different package sizes and in several shades, including cool white, warm white and an RGB version.

According to Georg Ikonomidis, Business Development Director at CML-IT: "We are delighted to be able to offer our customers this fine range of new generation medium and high power illumination LEDs from Samsung and will be proud to say 'powered by Samsung' when we design these LEDs into our own illumination products".

Samsung's LEDs will be distributed from CML-IT's ISO9001:2000 certified logistics facility in Bad Durkheim (Germany).

From there CML-IT is serving the whole of Europe with a 48 hour delivery from stock service.

CML-IT has strong partnerships with OEMs and channel partners across Europe and will also be supplying Samsung's LED products through its network of global, local, specialist and catalogue distributors.
