Concoat has acquired the major assets of the SPCID Equipment Division of Multicore Solders and Multicore Solders of Singapore, subsidiaries of the Henkel Group.

Concoat has acquired the major assets of the SPCID Equipment Division of Multicore Solders and Multicore Solders of Singapore, subsidiaries of the Henkel Group Production of the Must System II solderability tester and the CM range of ionic contaminometers will be transferred to Concoat's headquarters in Camberley, England, ensuring the continued development of these reputable product ranges

Concoat's Chairman Arthur W Naisbitt stated: "The addition of these products to the current range of process and testing equipment marketed under Concoat Systems Division reflect Concoat's status as the source of the most comprehensive range of specialist electronics circuit reliability testing and process control instruments presently available".

"Designed to ensure high performance reliability and stringent quality standards, the Must System II and contaminometer instruments enhance and complement Concoat Systems' sophisticated series of circuit reliability testers including SoldaPro thermal profilers, the AutoSIR surface insulation resistance test system and the Ionic cleanliness testing systems".

"Through Concoat Systems, MUST System II and Contaminometer customers will now benefit from the excellent after-sales, spares, calibration and technical support services available from local regional centres located in Massachusetts USA, Taipei Taiwan and the British headquarters in Camberley".
