The new MPM MaxiMiser pump is billed as providing significant materials savings while reducing the downtime associated with product changeover.

It features a smaller paste chamber that reduces material waste and compaction, and disposable inserts for easy cleaning and maintenance, so ensuring that downtime is kept to a minimum.

Proximity membrane sensors and direct pressure control ensures that the paste is deposited with total accuracy, so eliminating waste and providing an ideal solution for "paste in hole" applications.

The MPM MaxiMiser uses standard paste cartridges and pressurised stencil printing technology to provide the highest quality results.

It includes a disposable, quick-change blade system and is compatible with MPM AP Excel and UltraPrint 2000 systems.
