The Komax Gamma 255 is a fully automatic crimping machine for top-quality processing of ultrafine wires.
The PS range of single chamber power spray units are designed specifically for stencils, PumpPrint stencils and solder frames, and can accommodate products of up to 736 x 736 x 40/30mm.
The systems are easy to use and provide fast, effective cleaning.
The total process time taken for stencils contaminated with SMD paste is approximately 20 minutes.
Its features include: single pushbutton operation and a fully automatic looped three-step process cleaning.
The unit is compact, measuring just 800 x 1200 x 1580mm, and constructed from solid stainless steel, with all the relevant process sections built in electrolysis-resistant PVC.
The units do not require a water connection, or an output for waste water.
The PS range features a fully automatic cleaning cycle.
A space-saving airlock door opens to allow the stencils to be loaded directly into the customised process chamber, and protective round bars in front of the spray rotor are positioned to protect the stencils from possible damage.
The door is closed manually and the cleaning process begins.
The fully automatic three-stage cleaning process comprises: cleaning with permanently working five-step filtration, clean medium rinsing and drying.
The PS 02 uses compressed air for drying, whereas the PS 03 relies on a high capacity ventilated air (VA) supercharger.
"The PS 02/03 range ensures the best possible cleaning of stencils", commented Contax Managing Director Mike Rapson.
"Efficient cleaning is essential to ensure product quality and reduce expensive production failures".
"We believe that this range provides the perfect cost effective solution".
