1000W supplies aim for medical applications
The GPMP1000 series of 1000W single output medical power supplies use either a DIN connector or terminal block for connection and offer a range of standard features including overload protection.
Condor Power has a new series of 1000W single output medical power supplies.
The GPMP1000 series supplies use either a DIN connector or terminal block for connection and offer a range of standard features including overload protection and thermal shutdown.
A standby output provides a +12V output at 0.25A.
Typical leakage current at 264V AC is between 160 to 350uA, depending on fault conditions.
Two models are available initially: one offers a 24V output, the other 48V at 1000W.
Both feature power factor correction (PFC) circuitry as standard enabling the units to fully meet IEC1000-3-2 over the input range of 90 to 264V AC.
Efficiencies greater than 80% at full rated load are possible.
Built-in EMI filtering allow the GPMP1000 units to meet all relevant EMC requirements and operating temperature range is from -20 to +50C at full rated output power.
Two cooling fans are integrated into the front panel.
