Kingbright's new range of low-profile seven-segment and alphanumeric (starburst) LED displays are only 3.75mm thick.

This innovative range features colours from the whole visible spectrum, including blue or white digits and ultrabright options all on a grey face.

Available in single, dual, three and four digits, the devices come in character heights from 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 to 0.56in.

Demand for smaller devices has driven development of this unique, leadless device packed on tape and reel for automatic pick-and-place equipment.

In addition, eliminating manual insertion process reduces assembly time and cost associated with employing leaded devices.

The displays are perfect for products that require bright digital numeric display capability such as washing machines, microwave ovens, clocks, taxi meters and elevator displays.
