The Series CSW is capable of operating with a wide control voltage range of 3-32V DC.

The wide range of devices in the series permits optimum performance up to 280V AC line voltages and offers a reliable, functional and cost effective alternative to electromechanical switching.

CSW series relay is a 240V AC load switching panel mount SSR in an industry standard package which enables easy incorporation into existing designs and Crydom's range of heatsinks.

Capable of switching various loads up to 90A, the wide input voltage range and low current drive requirements mean CSW is compatible with many control systems from 5 to 24V DC.

CSW is ideal for many different applications including heaters, motors and lighting.

Offering low off-state leakage up to 1mA across the output CSW benefits from electromagnetic interference (EMI) immunity.

"The CSW is designed to withstand levels of noise on both the input and output sides", comments Bruce McEachran, Technical Manager, Crydom International.

"It is well suited to environments where electrical noise from exterior sources is unavoidable, for example in a processing plant".

The CSW has many additional options, for example it can be fitted with a heat transfer pad rather than thermal paste which reduces assembly time.

Options include overvoltage protection, input status LED and random switching for phase angle control methods and switching inductive loads.

It is available with screw or Faston terminals.
