The Adlink NuPRO-900 series is a PICMG 1.2 R1.0 compliant processing engine, with support for dual low power Intel Xeon processors up to 2.0GHz and 400MHz front-side bus.
The board can also be configured with a single Xeon processor up to 2.8GHz with no need for termination.
The board meets the standard full-size ePCI-X SHB (system host board) form factor.
Two Intel 82546EB Gigabit Ethernet controllers support 1000/100/10Base-T communications.
The board also features the Intel 82870P2 64bit PCI/PCI-X hub, E7500/7501 memory control hub and 82801CA I/O control hub chipsets.
There are four DIMM sockets supporting up to 8Gbyte of buffered DDR200/DDR266 SDRAM host memory with ECC.
Additional features include PCI-based ATI Rage-XL graphics, two USB 1.1 ports, Super I/O, watchdog timer and hardware monitoring, and a bus master IDE controller supporting two ultra ATA-100/66/33 interfaces.
Support for generic PC features including VGA, COM ports, plus PS/2 mouse and keyboard is also included.
Operating system support includes Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, and Red Hat Linux 7.x.
Additional OS support is available on request.
The NuPRO-900 series also features an enhanced BIOS with DMI BIOS support, remote console, Intel pre-boot execution environment and customised power-on-screen.
