Voltage-controlled oscillator covers a frequency range from 1 to 2GHz with a control voltage range of 1 to 20V.

New from Crystek, the CVCO55CW-1000-2000 voltage-controlled oscillator covers a frequency range from 1 to 2GHz with a control voltage range of 1 to 20V.

This VCO features a typical phase noise of -100dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and has excellent linearity.

The model CVCO55CW-1000-2000 is packaged in the industry standard 12.7 x 12.7mm SMD package.

Input voltage is 10.0V, with a maximum current consumption of 25mA.

Pulling and pushing are minimized to 8.0MHz and 2.5MHz/V, respectively.

Typical second harmonic suppression is -10dBc.

The CVCO55CW-1000-2000 is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and basestations.

Pricing for the CVCO55CW-1000-2000 will start at US $10.39 each in volume.
