The CVCO55CC-2900-3400 VCO is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
Crystek's CVCO55CC-2900-3400 VCO operates from 2900 to 3400 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 18V.
This VCO features a typical phase noise of -107dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity.
It is packaged in the industry standard 12.7 x 12.7mm SMD package.
Input voltage is 8.0 V, with a maximum current consumption of 35mA.
Pulling and pushing are minimised to 0.5MHz and 1.0MHz/V, respectively.
Second harmonic suppression is -16dBc typical.
