Voltage-controlled oscillator is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and basestations.

Crystek's CVCO55CC-3175-3375 VCO operates from 3175 to 3375MHz with a control voltage range of 0.1-16V.

This VCO features a typical phase noise of -106dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and has excellent linearity.

The model CVCO55CC-3175-3375 is packaged in the industry standard 12.7 x 12.7mm SMD package.

Input voltage is 8.0V, with a maximum current consumption of 35mA.

Pulling and pushing are minimised to 3.00MHz and 0.50MHz/V, respectively.

Typical second-harmonic suppression is -15dBc.
