Smart feeders on show in Shanghai

Cogiscan and Fuji Machine will demonstrate the RFID Smart Feeder kit for the XP at the forthcoming Nepcon Shganghai.

During the forthcoming Nepcon Shanghai (24th to 27th April 2007), Cogiscan and Fuji Machine will be demonstrate the RFID Smart Feeder kit for the XP, which can help electronic manufacturers eliminate errors for traceability and line setup verification.

Demos will be available in the booths of all the major Fuji distributors in China, including: American Tec - 1D15A; Ascentek International - 1B21; First Technology China - 1C01; and Smartech Enterprise - 1G02.

The RFID Smart Feeder for Fuji XP can help eliminate the risk of human error associated with manual barcode scanning during online and offline setup validation task.

The RFID Smart Feeder kit for Fuji XP also increases productivity and reduces manufacturing costs by reducing machine downtime during feeder replenishment and product changeover, in addition to reducing human errors.

The RFID Smart Feeder for Fuji XP machine has been developed with Fuji Machine and is specifically designed to meet high quality and reliability requirements of Fuji placement machine users.

RFID Smart Feeder kits are also available for Fuji CP, IP and QP machines.
