New from Wimbledon-based CTL Components is a comprehensive range of PCB-mounting LED arrays that are designed to provide an elegant and cost-effective solution for front-panel indicator applications.
Manufactured in Germany by Mentor GmbH, the LED arrays are available in a wide variety of standard configurations, including single, double, triple and quad-level versions in sizes ranging from 2- to 20-way.
LEDs can be specified in red, yellow or green in either 3 or 5mm diameter sizes.
Featuring a polycarbonate housing material, the LED arrays can be used in ambient temperatures ranging from -40 to +85C and are designed to withstand soldering temperatures of 260C for up to 5s.
In addition to the range of standard products, CTL also offers a modular LED array system - enabling users to assemble bargraphs to suit their own individual requirements - as well as a custom manufacturing service for strip or circular designs.
