The compact and lightweight low-cost J105 Series relay is offered in both SPST NO and SPDT contact arrangements.

Available now from CIT Relay and Switch, the compact and lightweight low-cost J105 Series relay is offered in contact arrangements of both SPST NO and SPDT Low coil power consumption and high contact load are hallmarks of this relay offering

The J105 Series maximum initial contact resistance is 50mohm.

Maximum switching power is 150W, 1250VA with maximum switching voltage of 277V AC, 30V DC.

The entire offering of the J105 Series is immersion cleanable with cover.

Standard, RoHS lead free, environmentally friendly (no cadmium) contacts are AgSnO2.

Electrical life of the J105 Series is typically 100,000 cycles with mechanical life of 10 million cycles.

Insulation resistance is 100Mohm at 500V DC.

Dielectric strength, coil to contact is 1000V RMS minimum at sea level and contact to contact is 4000V RMS.

Shock resistance is 100m/s2 for 11 minutes with vibration resistance of 1.5mm double amplitude 10-40Hz.

Copper alloy terminal strength is 10N.

Solderability is 260C for 5 seconds with operating temperature of -40 to +85C.

The J105 Series measures 18.5 x 10.2 x 15.8mm and weighs 9.5g.

Applications include computer and computer peripherals, telecommunications, security, test equipment, instrumentation, RV, medical applications, air conditioners, automotive, heating and ventilation, home appliance, motor control, and other industrial applications.

Volume pricing ranges from US $0.35, dependent on coil, contact configuration and volume.
