Moizan takes over European sales

Cypress Semiconductor has promoted Fabrice Moizan to the position of Vice President of European sales, based in London.

Cypress Semiconductor has promoted Fabrice Moizan to the position of Vice President of European sales, based in London.

"Fabrice has been with Cypress for over three years and in that time he has proven his ability to build a talented team and manage them effectively in both prosperous and challenging times", said Mike Villott, Cypress vice president of worldwide sales.

"His vision, enthusiasm, and ability to work with people will serve him well in his new role".

Moizan has over 13 years of experience in the technology industry, and has worked for and with distribution and sales representative firms.

Prior to joining Cypress he held strategic account sales and marketing management positions with Altera's European organisation.

Most recently, he relocated temporarily to Cypress's San Jose headquarters to direct the launch of the Cypress ConnectionCenter, a key corporate project that is improving technical and customer support.

Moizan received a Diplome Universitaire de Technologie from the University of Bretagne and a bachelor's degree in marketing from the EMP in Paris.
