New from Datasound Laboratories, the Envader range of computers offers optimum price/performance by combining high levels of computing power and low power consumption in a small PC/104-Plus compliant size.

All standard connectors are already onboard, enabling a fast time to market, and Envader CPU boards can be easily upgraded with standard or custom PC/104-Plus boards that connect to the PCIbus.

Clever design makes the Envader system optionally ISAbus compatible.

The current range has versions ranging from 300 to 700MHz CPU speed and there are models available with passive only cooling.

The Envader series is prepared for the future trends in processing power by being easily adapted to accommodate new processors and interfaces.

A further contribution to cost savings is the use of a standard ATX power supply.

Ideal as an OEM product, the Envader series is particularly suited to providing solutions for mobile applications in trucks, buses or trains.
