Award praises outstanding service

Diagnosys has been given a unique award for "outstanding service" by Systemation Euro.
The award, which was presented at Nepcon in October, is in recognition of an exemplary record of after sales service during a period of significant growth for Systemation.
Systemation Business Development Manager Mike Roberts, who presented the award to Diagnosys Agency Product Manager James Cawkell and Monty Reagan, BP Microsystems' European Operations Manager on Diagnosys' Nepcon stand, explains the reason for the honour: "The people at Diagnosys have consistently put themselves out in order to assist us.
Their service has included hand couriering parts from the USA direct to Northampton, spending evenings and weekends ensuring installations are completed, and even meeting us at a motorway service station with spare parts! In short, Diagnosys does things that other companies wouldn't".
Systemation, which programmed its 10 millionth device last year, has seen a spell of rapid growth while competitors have remained static.
Initially having bought a BP Microsystems programmer from Diagnosys in 1999, it has most recently purchased a BP Microsystems 4510 automated device programming system, part of what is claimed to be the fastest family of programmers in the world.
"We initially used Diagnosys because of its experience in the industry and its product knowledge", says Roberts.
"When we were shown the BP Microsystems range, it was really a no-brainer to purchase that system".
Diagnosys is the exclusive distributor for the BP range in the UK.
