Acquisition hardware gains direct link to Matlab
Measurement data from DT9836 Series USB acquisition modules can now be directly acquired and analysed within Matlab using the new DAQ adapter for Matlab software interface.
All the analogue and digital subsystem functions are sampled simultaneously to yield a data throughput of 225kHz per channel.
This state of the art module offers uncompromised performance to the user, with simultaneous data capture on up to 12 parallel A/D channels.
Now a user with 12 very high speed source signals can sample all channels continuously at the same instant in time - a capability claimed unprecedented until now.
Each analogue input on the DT9836 has its own A/D convertor to eliminate phase shift between channels, a common problem with a multiplexed architecture where all inputs share one A/D convertor.
The DT9836 Series ships with the Data Acquisition Omni CD, which includes device drivers for Windows 2000/XP, an evaluation version of DT Measure Foundry, Data Translation's test and measurement application builder, and several additional ready-to-measure applications.
For maximum flexibility the DT9836 Series operates under prominent software applications including LabView and Visual Basic.
The DT9836 Series modules are available in two configurations: a BNC connection box and an OEM embedded version.
This series is shipping now.
