At last week's Intel Developer Forum in San Francisco, California, DCM Technologies demonstrated its PCI Express core.

At last week's Intel Developer Forum in San Francisco, California, DCM Technologies demonstrated its PCI Express core The versatile PCI Express core is designed for both ASIC and FPGA implementation, and is aimed at designers who want to put their trust in an experienced team to reduce their "time to market"

DCM Technologies offerings include core, verification environment, documentation and services like customisation, integration, testing, warranty and post warranty support.

The DCMXpress PCI Express RTL IP: is configurable to switch, bridge, end point and root complex; is configurable for multiple lanes x1/x4/x8/x16; includes a high-performance 64/128bit host interface; has a 2.5Gbits pipe interface for PHY/serdes; is versatile for use in applications like switches and servers; has a highly flexible, easy to configure user interface; and is written in Verilog.

The IP along with the verification IP comes with complete documentation including a user manual and test script.

It is supported by comprehensive customisation and integration services.
