Extra brightness from colour LCDs
Using a white LED backlight to provide 45cd/m2 of brightness, a new 1.9in colour STN LCD module makes the most of its 4096 colours to provide a high-resolution pin-sharp image.
Using a white LED backlight to provide 45cd/m2 of brightness, a new 1.9in colour STN LCD module from Densitron Technologies makes the most of its 4096 colours to provide a high-resolution pin-sharp image Measuring 38.5mm wide, 51.9mm high and with a 6.2mm profile, the DV-CS128160 F19 module provides a viewing area of 33.1 x 42.4mm in a 128 x 160 RGB format
The transflective screen is supported by all necessary drivers including a DC/DC convertor, and is powered by a 3.3V supply.
Ideal for handheld applications, the DV-CS128160 F19 has an ambient operating temperature of -20 to +70C.
This display is the first of a new range of colour displays to be designed and manufactured in Densitron's Shanghai facility.
