New from DED, the NP-MMK2 upright 2in kiosk printer is ideal for applications where depth is at a premium - a common feature in most modern kiosks Designed with a clamshell loading system in a rugged, compact housing, measuring 114 x 100 x 264mm, it is highly user friendly, allowing easy integration within existing equipment, providing end users with a short development time

Characteristics include a fixed head thermal mechanism, integral cutter, interface, paper roll holder and metal chassis.

Using paper of 58mm widths, with a 76mm version expected shortly, the printer offers the capacity for a paper roll of up to 84mm diameter, and is capable of printing at speeds of 90mm/s.

The printer operates from both 5 and 24V DC power supplies, with control codes compatible with Epson ESC/POS and offers Flash firmware to store logos.

It also allows standard printing of barcodes.
