At the upcoming Canadian High Tech Show in Toronto, DEK will showcase its flexible Horizon 03i screen printing platform.

Visitors to this year's Canadian High Tech Show in Toronto, Canada will see first hand how DEK's award-winning products and total process solutions philosophy are cost-effectively enabling next-generation manufacturing through high accuracy mass imaging creativity At the upcoming event, DEK will showcase its flexible Horizon 03i screen printing platform

An unbeatable combination of performance and value, the Horizon 03i is the premiere system for today's high-mix manufacturing environments.

The versatility and scalability of the platform enables users to easily add features to accommodate changing manufacturing requirements.

Equipped with the revolutionary Instinctiv user interface for user-friendly operator control, the ISCAN control area network to support advanced features and an optimised frame for maximum mechanical and thermal stability, the versatile Horizon 03i delivers maximum performance, a 12 second cycle time and an extremely low cost of ownership.

With the optional HawkEye post-print verification system onboard, the Horizon 03i becomes even more robust, enabling 100% board inspection at the line beat rate and ensuring that only good boards pass out of the machine.

The award-winning HawkEye system provides today's electronics manufacturers with significant improvements in end of the line yield and an operator-friendly inspection system that requires very little training.

With no programming required, operators can easily implement this technology to ensure maximum productivity.

In addition to the Horizon 03i and HawkEye technologies, DEK will also have its revolutionary VectorGuard stencil system on display at the show.

The interchangeable foil system allows manufacturers to use one frame and easily change out traditional stainless steel stencils, PumpPrint stencils for adhesive printing, Eform stencils for ultra fine pitch device printing and laser cut nickel stencils for robust lead-free materials printing.

The versatile system is widely accepted as the leading stencil technology for modern electronics manufacturers.

To round out the total pre-placement process, DEK also delivers unique tooling solutions and consumables products and will have these items available at the event.

DEK will exhibit with Mektronix in Booth 400 at the Canadian High Technology Show on 29th and 30th March 2006 at the International Centre in Toronto.

DEK experts will be on hand to discuss manufacturing requirements and illustrate how the mass imaging leader continues its award-winning record for technological innovation and superior customer service.
